No-Bake Apple Cherry Paleo Bars
I was at the market and love the selection of dried fruit. I am always looking for an afternoon snack at 3:00pm when preparing my green tea! This no-bake recipes is perfect and if a great paleo recipe for anytime especially for on-the-go! Enjoy

Ingredients
- 14 medjool dates, pits removed (about 2 cups)
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 3 tablespoon raw honey
- 4 tablespoon raw almonds
- 3 tablespoon raw pecans
- 3 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup dried apples

- Add dates, apples, cherries, almonds and macadamia nuts in your Hamilton Beach food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are in small chunks but not ground. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add almond butter, coconut cream, honey and cinnamon and combine well. Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper. Using a spatula place mixture on prepared baking sheet. Spread out evenly and form in the height and shape you want the bars. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour then you can cut and either fold in parchment paper or wrap in clear wrap.
