Next Restaurant featured a "Paris: 1906" menu in 2011.

While Chicago chef Grant Achatz might be best known for his restaurant Alinea, he’s also breaking new culinary ground on a daily basis at Next. Since opening in 2011, he’s completely changed the style of the restaurant every few months, keeping diners on their toes. He also uses an innovative “ticketed” format, in which guests purchase tickets for specific dates and times instead of making reservations, similar to how they would for a concert. Here are all the Next Restaurant menus so far:
