For the roll ($7.99): chunks of Maine lobster claws and knuckles are loaded into artisan brioche rolls with a “tricolor veggie mix” of diced celery, onion, and yellow bell peppers, along with mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice.
If you’d prefer a lighter option (240 calories versus 380) the Maine lobster salad ($8.99) swaps out the roll for romaine lettuce, plus avocado, grape tomatoes, red onions, and lemon juice.
