Hospitality management company The Light Group has announced that they will partner with chef Brian Massie to open Hearthstone Kitchen and Cellar at Red Rock Resort this fall. Massie has developed menus at top Las Vegas resorts, including FIX at Bellagio and STACK at the Mirage,
The planned rustic American eatery is set to prominently feature seasonal, organic, and sustainable ingredients cooked in a wood-burning oven, as well as an extensive wine and cocktail menu. The space will also include a private enoteca for small parties, a large outdoor dining area, and a reclaimed wood interior featuring reclaimed materials intended to give the space a “bohemian flare.”
Red Rock Resort is located on the outskirts of Las Vegas in Summerlin, Nevada. Hearthstone Kitchen is part of Red Rock Resort’s current $35 million redevelopment effort taking place throughout 2014.
