Mango Mint Ice Cubes Recipe
A critical component of The Jennifer and Chelsea Bikinitini.
- Mint leaves to taste (this recipe used six)
- 2 Cups water, separated
- 1 mango, peeled, cored, and sliced
Steam mango over one cup water for 10-20 minutes or until extremely soft. Reserve steaming liquid. Add mango, mint, and water to food processer and pulse until liquefied. Pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve into ice cube tray. Discard pulp. Freeze. Say something sarcastic to Chuy.
