Ingredients
  • 1.5 ounce potato vodka
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce homemade mango syrup
  • splash of fresh lime juice
  • 1 cherry, for garnish
Directions
  1. Prepare a homemade mango syrup by boiling water with sugar and mango chunks (skin and pulp). Strain to remove mango. Let syrup cool. Add vodka and triple sec. Add splash of lime juice. Shake all ingredients and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh mango and a cherry.
