Ingredients: 2 ounce bacardi rum; 1/2 ounce sour mix; 3 lime wedges; dash of aromatic bitters; splash of sprite; 4 sprigs of mint; 1.2 ounce lychee liquor; 1 lychee fruit (for garnish)

The Lychee mojito at Level 9, the restaurant at the Hotel Indigo San Diego Gaslamp Quarter hotel.

Ingredients

2 ounce bacardi rum
1/2 ounce sour mix
3 lime wedges
dash of aromatic bitters
splash of sprite
4 sprigs of mint
1.2 ounce lychee liquor
1 lychee fruit (for garnish)

Directions

Muddle mint and add in mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake and strain over ice, and top off with Sprite. Garnish with a lychee fruit.
