Lychee Mojito


The Lychee mojito at Level 9, the restaurant at the Hotel Indigo San Diego Gaslamp Quarter hotel.


  • 2 Ounces Bacardi Rum
  • 1/2 Ounce sour mix
  • 3 lime wedges
  • Dash of aromatic bitters
  • splash of sprite
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 1.2 Ounces lychee liquor
  • 1 lychee fruit (for garnish)


Muddle mint and add in mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake and strain over ice, and top off with Sprite. Garnish with a lychee fruit.
