This delicious champagne cocktail may be the perfect holiday apertif, or can steal the show at your next cocktail party.

Ingredients

1 ounce amaretto
1 dash bitters
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce cognac
2 ounce sparkling wine
lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients. Shake, strain. Top with sparkling wine and lemon twist.
