Kastel's Pumpkin Punch Cocktail Recipe
Just because Halloween is behind us doesn't mean you have to shelve pumpkin cocktails. This punch, created by Luciana Autilio, the manager at Kastel in New York's Trump Soho Hotel, captures the flavors of fall with ingredients like spiced pumpkin purée and date molasses.
- 2 ½ ounces Bacardi 8 year aged rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- ¾ ounces lemon juice
- ¾ ounces orange juice
- ½ ounce spiced pumpkin purée
- ½ ounce date molasses
- 1 dash Fee Brothers Original Bitters
- Ground nutmeg, for garnish
Shake all of the ingredients hard over ice. Serve in a burgundy glass and garnish with nutmeg.
