Jeff Goldblum Performs Weekly At Lexington Social House

Jeff Goldblum has a musical gig every Wednesday evening at the Lexington Social House in Hollywood, Calif.

He and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra host "Jazz Night" every Wednesday from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. to midnight at the old-Hollywood style restaurant.

Guests can enjoy Goldblum and the band's musical prowess while dining on executive chef Jared Simons' seasonal meals.

"All of us at Lexington Social House could not be more thrilled to host Jeff Goldblum's Mildred Snitzer Orchestra every Wednesday," said general manager Tanjee Mahdavi. "The band's residency here reflects our supper club concept: start off with cocktails and appetizers, transition into a sit-down dinner, and enjoy live music and dancing throughout the evening."

The chef's full menu includes a mix of classic American cuisine with a Southern twist, stemming from his Southern roots.

Among menu options are Mary's free-range fried chicken with bacon-braised greens and smashed potatoes; macaroni and Gruyére cheese with serrano ham, melted leeks, and breadcrumbs; and little gem lettuce with grapes, toasted hazelnuts, and smoked blue cheese vinaigrette.

"It's perfect for a mid-week night out this summer," Mahdavi said. "Jeff and the band really add to the liveliness and energy at Lexington, and their music complements the fresh flavors and inventiveness of chef Jared Simons' menu as well as our cocktail program."

While there is no ticket charge, there is a food and drink minimum of $30 for stage seating and $20 for dining room and patio dining. Menu items range from $8 to $27.

The Lexington Social House also offers a social hour featuring 50 percent off food and featured cocktails Tuesday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and all day Sunday.
