Jack Daniel's Kicks-Off Exclusive Dinner Series

Bounty & Barrel has announced its Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Dinner Series, a five-date extravaganza celebrating whiskey, food and good company across the country.

Organizers feel the time is right for a series of this nature given that domestic whiskey sales have soared 40 percent in the past five years. The series will bring together world class chefs and drink enthusiasts to celebrate the craft of whiskey and food.

Chef's participating in the series include Omri Aflalo, Jimmy Bannos Jr., Jimmy Bannos Sr., David Bazirgan, Maneet Chauhan, Amanda Freitag, Jason Halverson, Laurence Jossel, Sam Mason, Deb Paquette, Paul Qui, Daniel Rose, Mindy Segal, Staffan Terje, and Bradford Thompson. For each event the chef will prepare unique meals using their own signature methods and local ingredients. Each course will be paired with Jack Daniel's Single Barrel cocktails.

Select venues will feature Jack Daniel's Master Distiller Jeff Arnett and Assistant Master Distiller Chris Fletcher who will conduct tastings and teach diners about the ins-and-outs of whiskeys. Proceeds from each of the events will support the charities of the participating chefs' choice.

The series kicks off in New York City on March 26th with an exclusive evening aiming to benefit the Share Our Strength No Kid Hungry campaign. The evening will hosted by Mark Fiorentino of Daniel, Amanda Freitag of the Food Network's Chopped, and Bradford Thompson of Bellyfull Consulting, among others.

Tickets for the preview go for $250 plus fees and can be purchased online. The dinner series then rolls onto Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, and Nashville. More information can be found on their website.
