It was crafted by Andrew Hope at the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort and Spa in Oahu. Part rum, part ginger, and part berries, this summery drink will transport you right to a Hawaiian beach. With its beautiful presentation and delicious ingredients, this recipe is perfect for easy 4th of July entertaining.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup rum (old lahaiana)
  • 1/2 cup ginger liqueur (stirrings)
  • raspberries
  • lychee
  • blueberries
Directions
  1. Layer bottom of glass with raspberries. Add layer of ice and blueberries. Top with ice, then build rum and ginger liqueur. Garnish with skewered raspberry, lychee, and blueberry.
