Lauriol Plaza is awe-inspiring in size. The place has four levels and seats about a million. Does this mean the service is bad? Absolutely not. In fact, the guys and gals who wait on you at this (possible/should be) dining institution could give career waiters from the Four Seasons a run for their money. And the food? Can anyone complain about housemade tortillas made right before their eyes? I think not. Some musts: the classic margaritas are totally on point, ANYTHING seafood is worth trying (especially the Zarzuela de Mariscos) and–if just drinks and a cheese dip are all your after–your waiter will, believe it or not, still treat you as if you were there for a feast.
