Huckleberry Mojito


This refreshing regional twist pays homage to Idaho's state fruit and is easy to shake up.


  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Ounce fresh huckleberries (frozen, thawed works too)
  • 1 Ounce simple syrup
  • 1.5 Ounces 44 North Huckleberry Vodka
  • 3/4 Ounces fresh lime juice
  • 3 Ounces seltzer
  • ice


In a pint, muddle the mint, berries, simple syrup, and ice.

Add vodka, lime juice, and seltzer with more ice.

Pour into shaker and shake until chilled.

Transfer back in pint glass, and add a splash of seltzer.
