How To Properly Cure A Wok

I use my wok to cook dinner a few times a week, but my poor wok is neglected when it comes to taking care of it properly. I can tell when it needs to be re-cured because all the food starts sticking! Once the wok is cured, after each cooking session I use a non-scratch sponge to clean it, no soap.
