- ½ cup sugar
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pound semi-sweet (60%) chocolate
Combine sugar, heavy cream and milk in a 4-quart saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Place chocolate in another 4-quart saucepan. Once the milk boils, pour over chocolate. Mix with a handheld immersion blender, and serve warm, topped with marshmallows.
