- 2 Pounds green beans or haricot verts
- 1/4 Cup hoisin sauce
- 3 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons agave
- 2 Teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
Boil green beans until tender and soft. Remove and run under cold water to chill.
Place the green beans in the refrigerator until chilled. Once chilled, add hoisin sauce, sesame oil, agave, cider vinegar, and toss.
Place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
