In fact, you can still benefit from eating bacon every once in a while due to the nutrient composition. Bacon is filled with B vitamins that promote a healthy immune system. It's also high in protein, which will help you stay fuller longer. Protein is important for keeping you energized and promoting strong hair, skin, and nails.

Why you may keep your guard up during breakfast, having bacon every once in a while is not the same as smoking a cigarette. So, enjoy bacon in moderation, just as you do everything else.
