This burger recipe is tweaked to lighten up this sometimes overly greasy and calorie-laden meal. We’ve put another healthy spin on burgers with Greek-inspired toppings.
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, chopped mushrooms, chopped onion, and egg white. Form into four 4-inch-round patties; refrigerate, covered, for 15 minutes to set. Grill patties over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side, flipping once.
Combine yogurt, feta cheese, dill, and garlic in a medium bowl and blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, olives, and onion with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place one burger patty in each bun, topping with ¼ of feta spread and ¼ of Greek salad topping.
