At speakeasy PX, one of Todd Thrasher's signature cocktails is The Grog. Fashioned after a traditional Pirate's Grog, this version is Thrasher's more refined take, using house-brewed tea, spiced rum, and citrus.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce captain morgan rum
- 3 ounce brewed lemon tea
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 ounce sour mix
- ice
- lemon wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients together and shake over ice. Pour over fresh ice into mug, and garnish with a lemon wedge.
