Created by Clover Club bartender Brad Farran, this perfectly balanced cocktail features Beefeater 24, a gin crafted with 12 different botanicals.
Muddle the shiso leaves in simple syrup then add the remaining ingredients to the shaker. Shake with ice and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh shiso leaf.
