Grecian Flatbread Sandwich

So fancy, it seems wrong to call it a mere sandwich. This Grecian delight features roasted red pepper hummus, ham and feta wrapped in a soft pita bread.

Notes

Variation:
Prepare using OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham or Smoked Turkey.

Substitute:
Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the hummus.

Substitute:
Prepare using ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato.

Substitute:
Substitute 2 toasted whole wheat bread slices for the pitas.

Ingredients

  • 2 pita breads
  • 1/4 Cup ATHENOS Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 10 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Bold Brown Sugar Ham
  • 1/4 Cup quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped pitted black olives
  • 2 Tablespoons ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Directions

Spread pitas with hummus; top with remaining ingredients.

Place 1 sandwich on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. or until heated through. Repeat with second sandwich.

Fold in half to serve.
