June means one thing — no, we are not talking about bathing suit season. It is National Dairy Month and few towns celebrate it so thoroughly as Little Chute, Wis. Since 1988, Little Chute has hosted the Great Wisconsin Cheese Festival, a three-day cheese celebration that includes everything from petting zoos to

This year is no different; the schedule is packed. Friday evening kicks the weekend off with live jazz music, amusement rides (for just a buck!), and a cheese curd eating contest. Wake up early on Saturday to take part in the Big Cheese Breakfast, which will feature pancakes, porkies, cheese omelettes, cheesy scrambled eggs, coffee, and orange juice. You'll need to fill up if you plan to participate in the one-mile, family-friendly Cheddar Chase Walk/Run.
