Every weekend of March brought me to a different city, allowing me to capture new dining experiences in familiar and uncharted territories. The beginning of the month brought me to Las Vegas for a Bi-Annual Women’s Conference, in which I conversed over good food, wine, and friends.
Conveniently located in the lobby of the Wynn Hotel, La Cave catered to every palette of our large party. La Cave serves a great selection of tapas, taking simple flavors and pairing them with certain ingredients for a great textural balance. They also carry an extensive wine selection to accompany all of the different dishes in your meal. We picked an Argentinean Malbec which paired quite well with our meal.
