Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup freixenet cordon negro extra dry, chilled
• 1 tablespoon simple syrup
• 1/4 cup ruby red grapefruit juice, chilled

Directions

1. Combine ingredients and stir slowly to combine. Pour into a chilled flute.
2. Makes 1 drink
