Ingredients
- ½ grapefruit, peeled and seeded
- 1 handful basil
- 1 small tangerine, peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup water
- 5 frozen strawberries
Directions
- Place the water, then the softest fruit, on the bottom of the blender. Layer the heavier and firmer items on top. Blend until smooth.
