Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves, plus sprig for garnish
- ½ fresh lime
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- Ice
- 1 ½ ounces Brugal Añejo Rum
- Ginger ale
Directions
In a glass, muddle the mint leave with the lime. Add simple syrup and fill the glass with ice. Add in rum and fill the glass with ginger ale. Mix all of the ingredients together. Garnish with a sprig of mint to serve.
