Ginger makes a refreshing addition to a mojito; the ginger mojito is served at Koi Bryant Park.
Cut half of a lime into segments and muddle together with mint, fresh ginger, and 1 ounce of ginger simple syrup. Add 2 ounces of light rum and a scoop of ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a tall glass. Top it with Fever-Tree ginger beer, and enjoy.
