Peek Inside The Funyuns Factory

In preparation for National Geographic's Saturday episode about Frito-Lay, the channel has released a nostalgia-inducing video sharing how Funyuns are made.

It starts with cornmeal (not onions), something called an "extrusion process," a fryer (obviously), and some salt-and-onion seasonings. Given the fancy machine and all, it seems doubtful that Funyuns lovers can make this stuff at home.
