A Wine-Lover's Paradise At Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, is a prized resort in Orange County not only because of the accommodations and views but because of its dining options as well. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a floor-to-ceiling glass wine cellar surrounded by intimate seating. It is a truly unique dining experience.
My husband and I dine out a lot and were continually impressed with every course at ENOsteak. Chef de cuisine Steve Wan has been sharing his talents with guests at the Ritz for 13 years and shared his personal recommendations with us. From the French onion soup to the filet mignon and rib-eye chop, each bite was exquisite and the service complemented the entire meal.
You don't have to stay at the hotel to dine at enoSTEAK, but I would recommend making reservations in advance. If you want to make the most of your experience at The Ritz-Carlton, arrive about 30 minutes before sunset and watch it over the Pacific Ocean while you enjoy a cocktail at the outdoor bar 180Blu. Then walk inside for dinner at enoSTEAK and enjoy the best of both worlds.
Being the wine- and steak-lovers that we are, dining at enoSTEAK feels like coming home.
