Trestle is home to the three-course, $35 prix fixe dinner. The menu changes daily, specializing in simple yet expertly prepared versions of comfort cuisine, along with flavors and dishes. Truffle-lovers can enhance their decadent experience with two to three grams of white truffles atop Trestle’s rotating seasonal pasta dishes.

Each course on the menu offers guests two choices. For example, choose between an appetizer of smoked salmon salad with tzatziki and picked cucumber or a creamy mushroom soup topped with tempura mushrooms.

For $10, add a pasta course (making it a four-course meal for $45) like a cauliflower pappardelle or a butternut squash risotto — perfect for topping with white truffles. After an entrée of striped bass or beef short ribs, end with an almond cake or chocolate pot de crème.
