Upcoming classes include the Gluten-Free Goddess (August 8, 6:30 p.m.), focusing on making gluten-free savory and sweet baked goods including pizza and a dessert galette; Beginning Skills III: Into the Oven (August 9, 6:30 p.m.) focusing on roasting and basic oven baking; Street Foods of India (August 10, 6 p.m.) includes making flatbreads, samosas, and other classic Indian dishes; Asian Salads (August 15, 6 p.m.) includes making mango prawn salad, Chinese chicken salad and a Vietnamese crab and glass noodle salad; Tomatomania (August 28, 6 p.m.) highlights tomato based dishes; Classic Croissants (September 12, 6 p.m.) includes learning the basics of making croissant dough and puff pastry. Additionally there is a taco night and a jam-making class, as well as other fun activities.
BLVD Kitchen also offers kids’ cooking classes and a weekly Sunday community supper event where guests can cook, eat, and make new friends.
