Forget to make reservations? Pretend it was intentional because the new SW Veranda at Wynn Las Vegas, located above the famous SW Steakhouse, doesn't accept them anyway.

SW Veranda is the perfect spot for a pre-show cocktail, evening nightcap, dinner of sharable plates, or just dessert. All come with a great view of Wynn's signature water display, the Lake of Dreams. In addition to the alfresco 40-foot waterfall view, diners also can enjoy the light and music shows every half hour beginning at dusk.

The menu includes a selection of executive chef David Walzog's appetizers and small plates, as well as pastry chef Svetlana Almonte's delicious desserts.  Standout dishes include a huge seafood platter with crab legs, oysters, shrimp and lobster; shrimp cocktail; Wagyu carpaccio with arugula and black truffle dressing; lobster rolls; and tuna tartare. Desserts include seasonal fruit tarts; a chocolate fondue with marshmallows; banana bread; mini funnel cakes with strawberries; cookie-butter cheesecake; and milkshake shots with optional vodka or bourbon.  Guests can also enjoy a variety of wines, spirits, Champagnes, and fine crafted cocktails.
