2. Eat Smart
Don’t waste your time with low-impact foods like salads and chicken breast. Remember: Fat eaten becomes fat earned! Eat the fattiest meats you can find — barbecue, burgers, short ribs, pork shoulder — and you’ll find that the weight just melting on! Don’t forget to eat plenty of cheese, fried foods, and processed snack foods, too!
3. Drink Smart
If a beverage doesn’t have sugar in it, it’s not worth your time. Sugary sodas are great for rapid weight gain, and so are processed juices (be sure to look for the words “high fructose” in the ingredient listing). And don’t forget that alcohol also has a ton of calories, so high-alcohol, high-sugar drinks like Four Loko are your friends (they’ll also make you the life of the party)!
4. Don’t Move
Every time you move, you can potentially burn calories, which is the sworn enemy of gaining weight. The less physical activity, the better; the only reason you break a sweat should be from eating too much meat!
5. Forget About “Meal Times”
When you’re trying to gain weight, set meal times should go out the window. Want to eat a bacon cheeseburger on a doughnut bun at 3:30 in the morning, in bed? Go for it! You’re in control of your destiny, and if you want to eat, eat!
EXTRA TIP: Don’t pass up opportunities to add value. Before eating anything, ask yourself: Can I melt cheese onto this? Can I smother this in mayonnaise, gravy, or chili? Are there any unnecessary vegetables I can remove? Always make sure to carry some extra packets of mayo with you in case the opportunity to use them presents itself.
