Four Seasons' DUO Pairs Locally Sourced Steaks And Seafood On Maui

Located next to the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea's swimming pools, DUO Steak and Seafood restaurant provides both breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and a dinner menu that highlights the island's local ingredients. Diners can also get a glimpse of the culinary action in the open kitchen setting.

Appetizers include honey-glazed pork belly, Hamachi tartare, crab cakes, caramelized Maui onion soup, and a baby beet and goat cheese salad.

Main courses focus on an array of prime cuts of beef including a 22-ounce dry aged bone-in ribeye, an American wagyu flat iron, Durham Ranch filets, and New York cut steaks. Seafood dishes include bouillabaisse, crispy local snapper, ahi tuna and a daily local catch with yellow pepper coulis and Kula corn.

Side dishes include grilled asparagus, Hamakua mushrooms, buttermilk mashed potatoes, and black truffle mac and cheese.  Each table also receives a large portion of complimentary cotton candy at the end of their meal.
