Located next to the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea’s swimming pools, DUO Steak and Seafood restaurant provides both breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and a dinner menu that highlights the island’s local ingredients. Diners can also get a glimpse of the culinary action in the open kitchen setting.
Appetizers include honey-glazed pork belly, Hamachi tartare, crab cakes, caramelized Maui onion soup, and a baby beet and goat cheese salad.
Main courses focus on an array of prime cuts of beef including a 22-ounce dry aged bone-in ribeye, an American wagyu flat iron, Durham Ranch filets, and New York cut steaks. Seafood dishes include bouillabaisse, crispy local snapper, ahi tuna and a daily local catch with yellow pepper coulis and Kula corn.
Side dishes include grilled asparagus, Hamakua mushrooms, buttermilk mashed potatoes, and black truffle mac and cheese. Each table also receives a large portion of complimentary cotton candy at the end of their meal.
