Dunkin' Donuts Has Already Launched Home Delivery in Select Cities
Dunkin' Donuts is stepping up their game with home delivery. The service is launching in Dallas this week and will be followed by Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Washington. The coffee chain is just the latest of many to introduce delivery, following the example set by Starbucks, McDonald's, and Taco Bell. But Dunkin' Donuts isn't stopping there. They have also introduced their own mobile order app at 124 locations. Using the app, customers can order ahead of time and pick up on-the-go.
Former Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle Sentenced to 15 Years for Sex Charges
And former Subway spokesman, Jared Fogle, has received a sentence of 15 years and eight months for sex charges brought against him earlier this year. Fogle has been charged with viewing child pornography, as well as engaging in paid sex acts with minors. The sandwich chain immediately severed ties with Fogle when the charges came to light, however later news indicates that one Subway franchisee had attempted to warn corporate several times and the company took no action.
Inside Dirty French, the Restaurant Where All Servers Must Wear Air Jordans
The restaurant known as Dirty French in New York City is adding a little whimsy to their staff uniforms. All servers are now required to wear Air Jordan sneakers! The culinary hotspot has an '80s vibe and even lets the staff keep their signature kicks after being with the company for a year. Michael Jordan himself visited the restaurant proclaiming that he loved the food, but the shoes were his favorite part of the evening.
