We bet you that you can go through your entire life and never meet someone who doesn’t like Oreo cookies. “Oh, I’m not a big fan of chocolate cookies sandwiching a crème filling,” said no one ever. But over the years, Nabisco, which makes the things, has released some flavors that have certainly been… challenging, to say the least.
We’re not exactly sure what makes these taste like blueberry ice cream instead of just blueberry, but what we do know is that they were released in 2010 and are available in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and China.
To celebrate the cookie’s 100th anniversary in 2012, Oreo released birthday cake-flavored cookies. Two chocolate Oreo cookies were filled with birthday cake-flavored crème as well as sprinkles; today they’re available with a “double stuf” amount of filling, in chocolate and golden Oreo varieties.
This one might have been trying a little too hard. A 2013 limited release, these were two golden Oreos sandwiching a double-stuf layer of tri-color raspberry and lime sherbet flavor filling. They probably tasted good, but that name… wow.
Newly released, these Oreos capitalize on the red velvet trend by sandwiching cream cheese-flavored crème between two red-colored Oreos. They’re crazy, but they actually taste really good.
