Chef Isaac Toups Introduces New Orleans Dinner Series, Counter Club

New Orleans chef Isaac Toups will introduce his new monthly dinner series, Counter Club, on Thursday, Sept. 21 at his Central City restaurant, Toups South. Toups, who is known for his imaginative cuisine and his personal wit—the latter of which earned him the title of Fan Favorite during his season 13 stint on Top Chef, will combine the two to host an intimate, off-menu series that will take place on the third Thursday of each month. "Anyone who knows me, knows I love to get creative with the food we're doing, and Counter Club gives me the opportunity to just have fun with menu and do some really cool things," says Toups. "I really intend to go out of the box, ditch the menu, and flex some of my off kilter ideas."
