Beverly Hilton Hotel Launches New Summer Poolside Menus

A different cuisine for every night of the week

The Beverly Hilton Hotel has launched new summer menus. Each evening of the week is dedicated to a different cuisine including Serata Italiana Mondays with Italian inspired dishes; Taco Tuesday including carne asada, lime chicken and carnita $2 tacos and paloma margaritas; summer bbq fare on Wednesdays and Saturdays with burgers, ribs and beer; champagne, chicken and waffles on Thursday and ceviche and calpirinha Fridays with a trio of ceviches and passion fruit calpirinhas.

Diners have a choice of enjoying meals al fresco on the poolside patio or indoors at Circa 55 restaurant. Thursday through Sunday the restaurant is also serving up live entertainment.
