Ka’ana Kitchen, the Andaz Maui’s signature restaurant, offers three meals a day focusing on local farm-to-table cuisine. The restaurant’s daily brunch buffet is extensive and showcases Maui’s vast selection of fresh seasonal fare.
For breakfast and brunch, diners can choose to order off of the menu of one of two buffet options. The Pantry option for $28 includes fruit, potatoes, pastries, and eggs, while the Breakfast Experience option includes pancakes, waffles, omelets, French toast, sushi, sausages, and other local dishes for $45.
Inside, the open kitchen area of the restaurant features a huge fresh juice bar offering five unique juices daily using a combination of pineapple, carrot, kale, apple, papaya, guava, watermelon, and other fruits and vegetables.
Brunch menu highlights are the steamed pork buns with scramble eggs and hoisin sauce; malasada with passionfruit butter; Kalua pork benedict; apple pancakes; lo mein and Portuguese sausage; breakfast bruschetta with tropical fruit and mascarpone; and a Hawaiian bento box with logganisa sausage, egg, and fried rice.
