- 2 Cups hot cooked penne pasta
- 4 Ounces ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
- 1/4 Cup chopped red onions
- 1 Cup quartered cherry tomatoes
Combine all ingredients and serve immediately; or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
