Ingredients

  • 2 Cups skim milk
  • 1½ Teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ Teaspoon ginger
  • 16 Ounces pumpkin
  • 1 1-ounce box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Mix the half of the milk with the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and pumpkin. While stirring, slowly add the pudding mix and the remaining milk. Stir until smooth and let sit until firm.
