Drink a Glass of Water Before Every Meal

Drinking water at any time of the day has its benefits, but meals can act as a good marker to remind you to do so. Not only will this trick help you stay hydrated, it also boosts metabolism, which will help your body burn more fat.

Drink Herbal Tea

The hot water for your tea will help keep you hydrated, and the antioxidant properties in the herbs can help with numerous health concerns. Herbal tea gives you the best of both worlds.

Eat Hydrating Foods

Though a lot of people think of liquids when they think of hydration, there are plenty of foods that hydrate as well. Some examples of hydrating foods are watermelon, oranges, and cucumbers.

Give Yourself a Daily Goal

If you’re trying to drink more water each day, giving yourself a daily water quota is a great place to start. A helpful trick for this is to start with a realistic number, like three, four, or five glasses of water per day.
