Ingredients
- 2 ounce don q añejo
- 3/4 ounce oloroso sherry
- 1/2 ounce domaine de canton ginger liqueur
- 2 dash of chocolate bitters
- 1 1/2 ounce orange peel
Directions
- Mix all liquid ingredients, then fill with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a orange peel. To do this, use a peel with as little pith (the white part) as possible. Heat the skin up under the flame and squeeze the oils out over the glass. Rim the glass with peel.
