- 2 Ounces Don Q Añejo
- 3/4 Ounces Oloroso Sherry
- 1/2 Ounce Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 2 Dashes of chocolate bitters
- 1 1/2 Ounce orange peel
Mix all liquid ingredients, then fill with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a orange peel. To do this, use a peel with as little pith (the white part) as possible. Heat the skin up under the flame and squeeze the oils out over the glass. Rim the glass with peel.
