One last cucumber cocktail before summer ends: this cocktail is made with Hendrick's gin.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 ounce hendrick's gin
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 sprigs mint
- soda, to top
- 3/4 ounce st. germain
Directions
- In a long glass, carefully muddle mint, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add ice, St. Germain, and Hendrick’s gin. Top with soda and add the cucumber garnish of your pleasure along with a sprig of mint.
