The Cuba Libre rum cocktail is a play on the classic rum and Coke. Created by the head bartender, Deysi Alverez, at Chef Ricardo Zarate's Peruvian cantina located in downtown Los Angeles, this beverage contains three ingredients: fresh lime cubes, Flor de Caña rum, and Mexican Coke. It is simple, classic, and delicious!
- 4 pieces fresh lime cubes
- 2 Ounces Flor de Cana rum
- 5 Ounces Mexican Coke
Squeeze lime cubes into a calling glass. Add Flor de Cana. Pour in Mexican Coke. Garnish with two lime sliced lime wedges.
