Release the Taste of Summer with Preserved Tomatoes
The best way to enjoy the taste of fresh tomatoes throughout the winter is to pull out all of your jars from end of summer tomato canning and start using them in some of your favorite recipes. The possibilities are endless- whether you canned them crushed, diced or whole.

This canning recipe makes about 7 half-pint jars! Serve this on bite-sized crostini with a drizzle of olive oil and a spread of goat cheese or a basil leaf.
